You share the essentials: who is coming, what kind of trip you want, the rough dates and the kind of feeling the retreat should have.

We come back with a private concept for the stay: the structure, the hospitality layer, the optional additions and the overall direction that fits your group.

Once you are happy with the direction, we coordinate the stay so that the guest experience feels smooth, discreet and already handled before arrival.
