Booking terms.

Who you book with

Padel Retreat SXM retreats are sold and operated by SAS LARIJADE, Saint-Martin (French West Indies).

1. How to book

Send us a request through the form. We get back to you personally with the full program and your quote, and we set up a video call to meet you before you book. Your spot is confirmed once your deposit is received.

2. Prices

Prices are in US dollars, per person. Early-bird price, for a limited number of spots: from $3,500 per person in a shared room. Then regular price. A private room costs more. Flights are not included.

3. Payment

A deposit of 30% secures your spot. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Booking less than 60 days before arrival? The full amount is due at booking. We send you a secure payment link by email.

4. If you cancel

90 days or more before arrival: we refund everything you paid.
From 89 to 60 days before arrival: we keep the deposit; anything paid above the deposit is refunded.
59 days or less before arrival: no refund.
Days are counted until the first day of the retreat. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. If we cancel

If we cancel a retreat, we refund everything you paid.

6. The program

Times and activities are indicative. For weather or safety reasons, an activity may be moved or replaced by an equivalent one.

7. Health

Padel is a physical activity. Please make sure you are fit to take part, and tell us about any allergy or diet in advance.
